Example: VAT evidence
Each quarter, invoices and receipts arrive by email, sit in supplier portals or turn up as PDFs. Someone has to find them, save them and record them before the return can be done. We set up an AI assistant to work through your inbox and portals, save each document to the right folder in your cloud storage, and log the supplier, date, net amount and VAT in a spreadsheet. You check the log and approve it. Your accountant gets a complete set.
